Escholzmatt LU
St Anna chapel on the Schwendelberg

The chapel dates back to the time of the Reformation. It is said that after the Benedictine monastery at Trub in the Bernese region was abolished, the statue St Anna Selbdritt from there was saved and taken to Escholzmatt in the canton of Lucerne, which was Catholic.
